AppFolio’s Mobile App and Online Portal provide many features to assist unit owners as efficiently as possible. Paying Monthly Common Charges
Common charge payments should be processed through AppFolio’s Mobile App or Online Portal via eCheck payment processing available with no processing fees. Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests should be submitted through the AppFolio Mobile App or Online Portal where you can easily upload photos too.
Community Communications
Periodic community-wide emails/letters will be sent to all unit owners via the AppFolio system and via USPS mail for those without email. For emergency notifications, or important association reminders such as an Annual Meeting, there will also be text-messaging notifications.
Architectural Requests
Architectural requests for items such as replacing windows, doors, HVAC equipment, plumbing modifications, etc. should be submitted through the AppFolio Mobile App or Online Portal where you can easily upload forms and contractor insurance and licensing documents.
Unit Owner & Tenant Contact Information
Please verify your unit’s contact and vehicle information for accuracy. You can update your profile via the AppFolio Online Portal. It is very important that the Association maintain accurate contact information for all unit owners and tenants for important Association notices or an emergency.
Resale Certificates and Mortgage Questionnaires
Resale Certificate and Governing Documents can be ordered through CondoCerts – click here. You will need the buyer’s contact information and their attorney’s contact information. To submit a Mortgage Questionnaire, please also use CondoCerts - click here.
Certificates of Insurance
Mortgage companies often request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or the Master Insurance Policy from unit owners. The COI requires specific language that the association’s insurance agent prepares. The association’s insurance agent along with instructions to obtain the COI can be found in the Insurance Folder in the AppFolio Mobile App or Online Portal.
