Renting the clubhouse
Longmeadow residents may rent the air-conditioned clubhouse for private events for a cost of $100 and a $50 security deposit. Tables and chairs are included, and the maximum occupancy is 100 people. Admission may not be charged.
Rental includes use of the kitchen with a range, refrigerator and sink, and there are two bathrooms. There are additional fees associated with guest use of the pool.
Pool
There is nothing like a refreshing swim on a hot summer day, and our pool is a popular gathering spot for residents. Both our main pool and kiddie pool traditionally open around Memorial Day Weekend and close in mid-September. Pool hours are 11 a.m.– 7 p.m. daily, and the pool is closed on inclement weather days.
Longmeadow residents are allowed a maximum of 5 guests per pool visit and must be present for guests to use the pool.
Playground
Children of all ages can enjoy swings, a slide and climbing bars at our playground, which is open until dusk daily. A large yard provides space to play games and burn off energy!
A basketball court is adjacent to the playground. Bring your own ball and practice your shots.
