The blue recycling bins can be obtained from the City of Milford Public Works Office located at 83 Ford Street.  Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The recycle pickup day is Tuesday. You may put out your blue bin with your recyclables early Tuesday morning or Monday night.  Remember recycling should include clean cardboard. (Small cardboard boxes, such as from empty cereal boxes and the like can be flattened and stacked in a paper bag and put out with recycling.). The recycling station that gets our plastics recyclables will accept recyclable plastics #1 through #7.   Never put any plastic bag in the recycling bin, even if it has the triangle recyclable logo.

Longmeadow residents may rent the air-conditioned clubhouse for private events for a cost of $100 and a $50 security deposit. Tables and chairs are included, and the maximum occupancy is 100 people. Admission may not be charged.

Rental includes use of the kitchen with a range, refrigerator and sink, and there are two bathrooms. There are additional fees associated with guest use of the pool.
